Your favorite Philadelphia areas to invest in

Hello Bigger Pockets community,

I have been watching the forums for a few months and am posting now for the first time. Hi everyone. :)

I'm new to real estate investing, having only officially started in January of this year. I am currently in a rehab property in the Cleveland area, and have just closed on an income property in Atlanta. I am looking for new areas to invest in. I am particularly interested in the Philadelphia area, but am only beginning to learn the market there.

I'd like to ask investors in that area.....what are your favorite Philly areas to invest in and why? I am also interested in the nearby suburbs...eg, Springfield, Media, Drexel Hill, etc. I appreciate any feedback you can offer on these areas or any others that you might recommend.

Thank you in advance.
