The Newest New England Investor

Hi BP Community,

Although I have been listening to BP podcast for quite awhile now, I am new to joining this online community! My husband and I currently have a property in Annapolis, Maryland that was once our home and now turned rental property after we moved. We are currently living just south of Boston and are looking to purchase a 2-4 unit property in which we would live in one of the units. Beyond this initial purchase in Massachusetts, I would like to continue growing my portfolio in the New England region. I would love to talk to anyone and everyone who lives in New England and beyond to help me learn and grow.

Feel free to drop a piece of advice or let me know if you'd be interested in connecting!
