My name is Vishal Bendre, and I'm excited to be part of this amazing network of real estate professionals, investors, and enthusiasts!

I’m a real estate agent based in the vibrant Bay Area, specializing in helping clients find their perfect homes or investments. While I’ve recently joined Intero Real Estate in Fremont, I bring a data-driven, analytical approach to real estate, thanks to my engineering and project management background.

Over the years, I’ve lived in various parts of the Bay Area and have developed deep knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and market trends. In addition to my full-time role as an engineering manager, I’m building my real estate business as a side hustle with plans to grow it further.

My current focus is on assisting first-time homebuyers and investors, but I’m always eager to explore new strategies and opportunities. I’m particularly interested in flipping properties, long-term rentals, and market trends in the Bay Area and beyond.
