New to real estate and wanting to do long distance Investing

My name is Elimar Guzman, and I'm excited to be a part of this thriving network of real estate enthusiasts and professionals! 

I'm brand new to real estate investing and currently live overseas in Japan. My current focus is long distance real estate investing, buy-and-hold rentals, and house hacking, and I'm eager to get my first deal and expand my knowledge in the field. 

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from experienced members, and contribute to discussions where I can add value. I believe collaboration and shared knowledge/insights are key to success in real estate. 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy bodybuilding, working on cars, and anything that keeps me physically active outdoors, which helps me remain grounded and focused.

I'm looking forward to networking, exchanging ideas, and building lasting relationships in this community. If you're in northern Indiana or have expertise in the Great Lakes region, I'd love to connect!
