My name is Ohad Gincel, and I'm a real estate investor based in Israel, looking to expand my portfolio in Pittsburgh, PA, together with my wife, Naomi. We currently have investment properties in Israel and are excited to dive into the Pittsburgh market, focusing on BRRRR and Fix & Flip strategies. Our goal is to purchase multiple properties in good neighborhoods with ARVs up to $250K.
