New member exploring real estate
Real estate has always been in the back of my mind as a way to increase our wealth and provide for our family. I just never knew how to get in and working the 9-5, kids, home, etc took my time. I know that something has to change and I want to explore purchasing real estate. I'm here to learn and network.

Since you mentioned you're working 9-5, I’d suggest look into turnkey rental and considering property managers to help manage you’re property. Juggling between work and personal life can be tough, but having a property manager can take some of the pressure off and let you focus on your other priorities
