New Investor Looking to Start my Journey in Las Vegas, NV

Hello, I am excited to join the community as I have already gained significant insight from other members. My background is in business management. I am just starting to build an education and prepare myself for realestate investing. I live in WI but have two brothers that live in Las Vegas. One of my brothers is a jack of all trades and we want to buy a structurally sound "fixer upper". Goal is to buy a duplex-quad for the first property that we can put our other brother into and help him out with his monthly payments.
