New to Real Estate – Focused on BRRRR & Rentals for International Investors

Hi BiggerPockets community!

I’m Raquel Wilson, new to real estate but excited to dive in and learn from some of the best! I recently moved back to the U.S. after almost two decades working in international development and entrepreneurship across the African continent, from co-founding a tech-enabled logistics company in Ghana to negotiating public-private partnerships for infrastructure investments in Senegal. Now, I’m ready to put those skills to work in real estate, building my own portfolio here in the U.S. and helping others around the world do the same.

I'm particularly interested in BRRRR strategies and rentals, especially opportunities that appeal to international investors looking to invest in U.S. cities. I'd love to connect with experienced investors, agents, and property managers to deepen my understanding of the strategies and markets. I'm a licensed agent in Indiana and Georgia but open to advice and insights from anyone, anywhere.
