Hello everyone, I am Jefriah! I am excited to be part of BP and look forward to growing and learning from experienced individuals. I am from the Philippines, but I currently reside in Las Vegas. I'm 21 and a full-time student majoring in International Business and Finance. I'm passionate about the business world, and real estate has intrigued me for a long time. I aim to invest in multi-family homes with my partner, using a buy-and-hold strategy to build our portfolio and expand over time. What financial or general advice would you give to someone just starting?
