New to REI and want to get started

Hello everyone! First off, I want to say how much I appreciate this amazing community. I've learned so much from all of you already. I'm new to real estate investing (REI) and based in Austin, TX. I'm interested in exploring cash flow rentals, BRRRR, fix and flips, and new construction projects.

As a newbie, I'm eager to learn and would love the opportunity to connect with experienced investors. If anyone is open to mentoring or partnering on deals, I’m definitely up for it!
