New to Investing - Excited to Get Started!

Joe Gellenbeck
Posted

Hi All,

I am new to this community and real estate investing in general, but I'm excited to jump in. I'll be specifically looking to start in the Cincinnati, Ohio and lean towards targeting buy and hold single family and potentially multi family as well.

Any advice is appreciated and I look forward to connecting.

Welcome to BiggerPockets Joe! Cincinnati is one of my favorite cities to live in Ohio. The city itself is established, older neighborhoods, better city amenities (museums, arts/music etc), more pro sports, more hills, bigger river, has a streetcar, arguably better nightlife overall. It’s more of a charming city with more neighborhoods that have their own character. Best of luck on your real estate journey. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything!
