Investor with some experience, New to Bigger Pockets

Pascal Enohnyaket
Posted

Hi everyone, I live and invest in the Twin Cities, and have been doing so since 2020. I just joined Bigger Pockets to meet new like-minded investors and build my network. Looking forward to your advice and help.

So far, I have been buying properties either from the MLS or as suggested by realtors. I am about to embark on my very first BRRRR project and will definitely need to build a team to get this and future BRRRR projects done. Looking for advice on what to expect, information on good General Contractors, Realtors etc. Please let me know.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Love this community already. @Robin Simon, yes we do BRRRR all year round in MN from wat I hear. As @Todd Dexheimer and @James Hamling mentioned it is done. Exterior could be the issue, but everything interior should be fine.
