Hello Everyone!

I’m Rosmery Then, excited to be part of this amazing community! I’m a real estate agent specializing in both residential and commercial real estate, with extensive experience as an investor. My investment knowledge spans across fix-and-flip projects, rental properties, and more. In addition to real estate, I’m an entrepreneur and proud owner of several online businesses.

Beyond real estate, I’m a certified jeweler, having graduated from GIA, and I’m also a certified Day Trader and FL Housing-certified for affordable housing programs. I’m passionate about continuously learning and growing in every field I’m involved in.

On a personal note, I’m deeply grateful to God, as His grace has carried me through many challenges, and everything I have today is thanks to Him. As an only child, my mother means the world to me, and I cherish the bond we share. I’m also a dog lover and mom to a beautiful Yorkie boy who brings me so much joy.

I’m a lifelong learner who loves reading, exploring new ideas, and being part of communities that bring out the best in me. I’m also actively involved in the Mastermind, Skool, Realtor, investor, date trading, marketing and jeweler communities that have been like family to me, helping me grow and collaborate.

Health and wealth, both physical and spiritual, are important to me. I consider myself an introverted yet friendly person, passionate about humanitarian causes and helping others. I truly believe that with God, everything is possible, and I aim to live a life filled with positivity, service, and compassion.
