New to long distance investment properties

Hello Everyone,

I am very excited to be part of this forum now that my daughter and I are starting this new journey of investing our money in real estate. We recently purchased our first house in OH, far away from our home in CA. I am looking forward to learning from all of the members as well as the tools offered here. I'm going to be honest, it is kind of scary venturing into unfamiliar territory, after 19 years in the home health industry, but being part of Bigger Pockets gives me the confidence necessary to not give up or slow down.
