New to Househacking

Hello All, I am a someone in his thirties who doesn't come from much and was taught very little growing up in the form of financial literacy. I've saved up a little bit of money, and with my brother as a partner, am looking to start house hacking with hopes of investing in his and my future. Everything I know, I've learned on my own through independent research. And that's even though I have a Bachelor's Degree. I wish I knew all of this sooner, but I guess better late than never. Bigger Pockets has been a valuable resource for me, and I know I still have so much more to learn. So any help means more than you will ever know.
