Hello, I'm new to Bigger Pockets.  For the past 13 years I've been investing in and acquiring single family properties through Tax Liens and Tax Deeds. It is my favorite way to invest and I do get properties with a good portion of equity from day 1. Now, I'm seeking to scale up and build my portfolio by investing in multi-family properties. I'm looking for my first multi-family investment. While doing my research I read many books on the topic.  Impressed after reading, rather listening, to "The Multifamily Millionaire" by Brandon Turner and Brian Murray, I decided to join BiggerPockets.com.  I'm hoping to network with many of you and find my first Multi-family deal. I wish you all good fortune!
