Newbie Investor and Real Estate Agent

Hi all!!

I am from North Idaho, and have been a licensed Real Estate agent for a year now. I got my license because I was trying to figure out how to invest in real estate (I hadn't heard of BP yet) and I wanted to be around those who were successfully doing what I wanted to do. Since being an agent I have learned so much about investing, found local mentors, as well as finding BP!

I hope to continue to learn from the vast amount of knowledge that is here, make connections and maybe someday do some deals with some of you! I have yet to do my first deal, but it's up and coming. Ideally I would like to do buy and hold, with a specific focus of multi family then moving into commercial apartments. I also have an interest in wholesaling, and learning more about Notes.

When I'm not listening to podcasts or doing something business related, I am usually outside, dancing, or learning how to make some tasty new food!

I look forward to meeting everyone!

Hi there!

It's great to see your enthusiasm for real estate investing and your journey as a licensed agent in North Idaho. It sounds like you're on the right path, learning from mentors and connecting with like-minded individuals.

As you look to move into buy-and-hold strategies, particularly with multifamily properties and commercial apartments, I wanted to extend an offer. As a private lender, we specialize in providing funding options that could help you with your investment goals. Whether you're looking for financing for your first deal or planning to expand your portfolio, we can tailor our services to meet your needs.

If you're interested, I’d love to set up a call to discuss how we can support your journey in real estate investing. Let me know when you’re available.

Looking forward to connecting!

Jackson

    Aloha Lilianna,

The best time to buy a real estate for the long haul is always when others are selling left and right or during crisis. I suggest learn everything about real estate, and get ready to pull the trigger whenever the opportunity is presented.
