Hey all, i'm Cory Melick, a new, young investor in the Winchester, VA area. I've been gaining a silent education off of BiggerPockets for the last month or so while planning a Wedding. Now that the big day has come and gone, me and the wife are ready to take the plunge.

We are looking to be buy and hold investors, targeting nicer townhomes in popular subdivisions for younger professionals and young families. We both look forward to sharing our story with the BiggerPockets Community and learning all that we can from the "mastermind".
