Hello everyone!

I just came across this forum today and have been impressed by the amount of useful info I have discovered so far.

I am 24 years old and have been interested in Real Estate for quite some time. This looks like a great place to aquire info for my future real estate endeavours.

I plan on buying a home within the next year or so. Right now I am finshing up my last year of college, then it is time to go to work. The type of info I am looking for right now includes what to expect on my first real estate purchase, how much money I should have saved, the type of mortgage that will be right for me, and last but not least, how to make money and invest in my future through my proprties. Right now I am not sure if I want to buy a 3-4 unit complex and rent units out, or go with a small house or condo.

This will hopefully be a starting point, as well as getting my RE license ASAP.

Look forwad to becoming a productive, and contributional member of these forums.

Cheers!

Mike
