Introduction Post- Hello!

Clare Pitcher
Posted

Hello! My name is Clare Picher and I recently started as a Business Development Manager at Welcome Home Milwaukee. I grew up in the Milwaukee area, went away for school to The University of Iowa (Go Hawks), and now I am back and thrilled to be working in property management and helping people reach their real investment goals. I have about a year of property management experience in the Iowa City market through an internship. Looking for connections in the area related to all things real estate and property management. As a new college graduate and newer to this market am I wondering what everyone's opinions are on what makes a good property management company and how you can stand out?
