Looking to connect. Recently sold my Florida home & now live in WI. I am in the process of getting my real estate license and very much eager to get into Real Estate investing.

I am not. Its only about 110 miles away from me though. There are great apartment complexes for sale there that I saw a few months ago. Madison is definitely something on my watch list.
