Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Tina from Seattle, newbie to real estate investing. The west coast, especially Seattle area is very expensive. Would like to get to know someone who is experienced and investing in the area. Also hoping to build my Team: lenders, realtors, contractors, property managers, etc. Would like to get help with finding a good deal and a location to implement the famous BRRRR strategy.
