Hi everybody. My name is Payden Miller, I'm 24 years old and currently I'm a student at The University of Kansas in Lawrence

My wife and I are owners and co-founders of Read 'n Style, LLC, a technology start-up that will help people with reading disabilities to read longer, learn more, and get more out of their education than they would be able to on their own.

I've just recently been turned on to real estate investing and I'm now trying to learn more about the subject. As a student, I don't yet have the income to purchase a property, but I'm working on it. When I'm able, I want to purchase a multi-family residence and occupy one unit while renting the other. Afterwards, I want to continue building my real estate portfolio by investing in other single and multi-family residences by both fixing and flipping and buying and holding.

I just thought I would stop by and introduce myself. It's nice to meet you all.
