Getting Started in Fort Worth

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the real estate game but I'm looking to build momentum fast.

My first year, I'm planning on wholesaling, with the possibly of partnering (80/20 their benefit) with a buyer on a fix-and-flip project just to learn.

My goal is to be wholesaling four homes a month by the end of the year. The game plan is to start out spending $1,000 a month mailing yellow letters to high equity owners and a more professional looking letter to a probate list.

Thanks to everyone for contributing such awesome content, and I look forward to meeting the locals members at the next meet-up.
