Invest who recently became an Agent in Greater Seattle Area and beyond
Hi BP community!
BP helped me to establish myself as an investor and I decided to go all in and got WA Real Estate license.
I updated my profile to Real Estate Agent and when searching for an Agent in Seattle I get only 4 agents. For the whole Seattle! Are there any registers so you can see the whole list of Agents or the search is down only for 4 paid profiles?

Yes, or any other location. Basically, wanted to see myself in the list. So far looks like only premium accounts are promoted and there is no way to see all the agents in the area. Or am I missing something? Checked 3 ways to find the agents and they all go via the same page.

The question here is who is in the list of agents or other pros when you as an investor trying to find one to build your team.

@Yanina Panfilenka Welcome to BP & the RE Investor Agent Life. You can search for members and see the agents (alongside everyone else) in Seattle but the only way to show up on a list of agents is to pay Bigger Pockets for advertising (currently $2,000 / 25 leads here in Seattle).
Happy to connect with you though - most of us who have been doing this for a while know pretty much everybody already and are willing to make intro's.

Yes, I've already spoken to the reps from BP and they told me about their approach to the search. They allow up to 8 agents in the area and the price depends on the location, yeah, $2000/25 leads. I thought it could be just a roster of all the agents in the area vs only paid members.
Thank you! At the moment my focus is to establish myself as an agent and help investors with the deals.
I'm located in Belltown Seattle, serving surrounding areas and beyond where the deals are cheaper.
As of current focus in investing, I'm looking for a property in Savannah, GA for AirBnB.
