New Mid-Missouri Multi-Family Owner and Future Budget Single Family Builder.

Phillip Miller
Posted

Hello fellow real-estate connoisseurs, my name is Phillip. I am 24 years old and currently in the beginning stages of my real estate journey.
My goal in life is to be financially free using real-estate to create generational wealth so that my family will always have everything they need.
For the last four years, I have been watching BiggerPockets podcast on YouTube and doing my own research on real estate. Last year, I purchased my first multi-family property in Holts Summit Missouri. I used my FHA loan and I am currently house hacking it. I just finalized my first LLC for the multifamily and I'm currently working on generating capital for my next real estate adventure, single family construction. My plan is to essentially by up the scrap lots left in newer subdivision neighborhoods by big developers, build sub 2,000 sqf single family homes, and market them between 200,000$ and 300,000$. I know this is a good idea due to a current a shortage of single family homes for that price range. I have already contacted a general contractor that says he will be able to build spec slab homes for sub 150$ per sqf. I have the capital to purchase the land I'm now just saving up extra so I have cushion encase something were to happen during construction or an issue arises with my multi-family. I am always open to advise from anyone more successful then me and would love to find a strong partner that wants to join me on this journey.

Thank you,

Phillip Miller.
