The small fish in a big pond from Homestead, FL

Hello everyone on biggerpockets. My name is Craig and I really love this site. Their is so much valuable information. It took me a few days to make an account and then four months to introduce myself. I'm starting to realize talking and learning from other investors is a big part of investing. I am more of a face to face kind of guy. My first goal as an investor is have someone call my bandit sign. Then, hopefully, turn that into a deal. I have read forums and it seems like I read countless books but now is time to take action. My plan is to get recommendations for an investor friendly mortgage broker, an agent that doesn't mind making low-low offers, and a closing agent that can close like a champ.
