Hello, new Property owner here. I have 1 multi unit and 3 single family homes. I decided to join bigger Pockets because searching through google of my concerns led me to sign up and hopefully get answers to my questions.

I am currently going thorough 1 eviction, 1 chargeback/dispute, and one tenant that nsf and vacated the property after 1 day saying they didn’t feel safe living there. No crime was reported that day and the police was never called. Was charged merchant fees because of them and unable to obtain it back because their lease is inactive “thanks doorloop”.

Doorloop has been the downfall of my business as far as transactions has gone. I’m hoping to learn from any and everyone’s experience so that I can see a brighter light at the end of this tunnel. My partner and I will go above and beyond to make someone safe and satisfied but I guess we have to look at this with a business eye. Right now very hurt because of these circumstances.
thanks for allowing me to share.
