New Real Estate Investor

Hi everyone,

I’m a rookie real estate investor who came across bigger pockets after reading through the investing with little to no money down book. Currently have a 2 bed 2 bath condo as my primary residence that I’ve had for about 6 years. I refinanced it and have a 3.5% on it. My goal is to get into a house hack on a multi family duplex/Triplex in the near future. Not sure about selling my condo or looking to rent it out. All in all, think I have a solid foundation. Just need some more research to figure out what to target and how to analyze a good investment property. Excited to keep learning and progress my portfolio! Not looking to do this full time, but more of a side and extra income thing. My goal in the long term is build up enough equity/extra income to retire at 50. Thanks for any input!
