As the category suggests, I'm new to the bigger pockets platform. Hoping to gain insightful information as well as share some of my own! As you may have guessed I am a Realtor® in the greater Cleveland, Akron-Canton markets. I was licensed in 2016 and currently work with Howard Hanna. An added bonus I bring to the table is a decades worth of residential foundation experience. It has proven to be quite handy thus far! when it comes to the investment side I have chosen to largely remain passive investing in REIT's or other publicly traded options. I did however decide to jump into the more active side with a live in flip. Aside from all things Real Estate I am also a car connoisseur, I enjoy all cars but of course have my favorites! I tend to gravitate more towards well handling coupes and luckily for me about and hour away is an amazing road course some may be familiar with called Mid-Ohio. Weather it's Real estate or cars I can probably talk for hours on end about it! For the car guys and gals out there I'd love to see what you have!
