Hey Y'all!

Excited to join the BP community! 

I'm looking to get into the MTR market in KCMO. Looking around Saint Lukes, KU Medical Center, and The University of Missouri to rent mostly to travel nurses/ professionals. If anyone has more information on what neighborhoods are the best to invest in for the former, I'd greatly appreciate any knowledge shared!
