Hello all, i'm Dekota Oechsle from Atlanta.  I've been a BP content consumer for probably 4 years but never joined the forum club.  I have a background in commercial construction and industrial development and have recently gotten into real estate with the goals of starting my investment journey.  I look forward to meeting fellow investors, growing together, and sharing the stories, trials, and lessons along the way.
