New Real Estate Investor Introduction
Hello,
I'm James a relatively new Real Estate investor. When I was in Canada I house hacked into two deals that worked out great but then I sold the homes a couple of years after I moved to California. Since then I have only owned my primary residence and had not invested in rental properties. I am in the middle of buying two rental properties in AL with a turnkey provider. I went to see the houses and meet the whole team. So far everything has been smooth and one of the houses has already rented before closing. I am concern with the high interest rates but even with those I managed to cash flow which is what I am looking for. I hope to be able to continue increasing my portfolio and potentially get into multifamily buildings if possible. It is very overwhelming to get into the real estate business with so many people already in the game. I will try my best for now. I am thinking of getting my Real Estate Agent license to hopefully able to increase my funds for future new deals. Any advice or pointers are more than welcome.
