Plan to Invest In Buffalo, New York

Hello everyone!

I'm located in Erie County. I plan to invest in Erie County outside the City of Buffalo. My goal this year is to establish myself as a multifamily property investor with a 2-4 unit property.

To start my journey, I have been making my first steps by speaking with a realtor and lender. I have read "Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner. Recently started listening to the discussions on the BiggerPockets podcast.

While I value the knowledge gained from these sources, I'm eager to expand my understanding further. Are there any other books or resources you recommend for someone in my position?

Thank you for your time!
Mitch
