Hello everyone. My name is John Voorhis and I am from Kokomo Indiana but I am getting married next week!!!!!!!!! and will be living in Watertown Wisconsin where I will be finishing up my last year of my undergrad studying Marketing Management. I am 22 years old and I play football in college and I love to lift weights and cycle. I have had an online business for 4 years that pays for college. I have been researching real estate investing for about 4 years. Most of that research has been in the area of flipping but about 3 months ago I started researching rental properties (multi-family units such as duplexes and triplexes). I have a couple of books and I just bought the book from MikeOH so I am anxious to read it. Here in Indiana there are many markets that have low house prices but pretty good rent. I am wanting to start investing in a rental when I get done with college. I have already learned a lot of info by these forums and am excited about learning more. Thanks Bigger Pockets for a great community forum!!!
