Hi all My name is Janet Lancaster owner of Jade Peak Properties LLC. I'm fairly new to investing and looking to wholesale at first, then develop a portfolio of rental properties in apartments, SFH or both. I currently live in San Diego, Ca. but have been looking in the midwest, mainly Iowa, Indiana and Ohio, for properties.
