First-time rental property investor | Looking to connect with PM

Hello!

I am in process of finding for my first rental property investment in Metro Detroit area. I am looking at Oak Park, Ferndale, Hazel Park areas as a starting point. My goal is to break even or have a slightly positive cash flow. I am thinking about renting out furnished MTR or unfurnished LTR. I would like to connect or get references of property managers.
