Hi BP community,

I am Gianni, live and work in NY. I really look forward to fully launch my REI biz and develop a portfolio of investment properties in NY/NJ and other surrounding areas and get over my biggest 'illness': Analysis Paralysis

Thanks and for building this site and make it a community and to all the members that love to share their experiences and advice others. I've gone through many articles, Ultimate Beginners Guide and several podcasts. The content in the site is just amazing, I hope there will be a meetup in the area soon.

Any questions that you have ask away. There is enough information here to make an encyclopedia on real estate investing @Joshua Dorkin ...hint hint, JK!
