Hello! My name is Jonny Baltes and I currently reside in Manhattan, New York. I recently graduated from Lehigh University and since graduation I have been working as a Logistics analyst for an industrial construction materials supplier in Long Island City. I am really excited meet like minded individuals in this community whose goals are to increase their wealth and add value to the market place. My short term goals are to develop a deeper understanding of how to effectively analyze markets as well as networking with realtors, lenders and contractors. In the next year, I would like to invest in my first residential property and build a team who I can both work with and learn from. Due to the high real estate costs in my area, I would love to connect with investors who have had success investing in long distance real estate or have completed a house hack in the tri-state area. Besides my interest in investing, I love to play basketball, read, and watch the New York Jets mostly lose games on Sundays. I know I have a lot to learn as a newbie investor so feel free to leave any advice or PM me to connect.
