Hello from Miami!

Hi everyone, 

My name is Yusimay Lorenzo, I'm a new member, but a longtime YouTube follower.  

My husband and I have been wanting to invest back into real estate since we sold our first home in 2021. We plan to convert the sale proceeds into multiple properties to create passive income. 

Last year we were able to do so and we bought two multifamily properties in our area. I also got licensed in Florida at the end of 2023 so we can continue to invest and create additional income to put into a buying fund.

I'm excited to be here to learn and connect with other investors and realtors. 

Our plan for 2024 is to grow my new real estate business and continue to grow our portfolio.
