35M from Florida. Paid off my student loans after 10 years of graduating. Own a mortgage and 1 vehicle. Married. Share the 1 vehicle. We fund our retirement and have quite a lot saved up in retirement assets that we do not want to touch. We both work full time and have 1 child under 2 years. Looking to have more children. We want to build wealth and the Real Estate sector seems to be the best way to do that. A friend recommended me to this site and he builds wealth by acquiring properties and renting them out.
