Hello all, 

Well, I am just getting my page started, reading books, listening to podcasts, and preparing to start this new journey into your world. Excited to begin to learn, read, calculate, appraise, purchase and provide a good home to those in need. (Those which qualify of course) Looking forward to hearing helpful advice, things to avoid, what not to jump into, and learning ways of making the best choices for long term investing.  Thank you so far to B and H Turners' books, and the bigger pockets podcasts. looking forward to my next 20 years. And maybe hoping my endeavor will continue to inspire our children to see, learn and motivate them into looking at this for themselves.
