Seasoned RE Agent, new to personal RE investing

Hi There,

I'm Judy from Brooklyn.  I've been a home owner for over 25 years and have helped countless other people buy property.  Now I want to start investing for myself!  I'm not sure how to find the best cities to invest in but am leaning towards DE as I spent time there and have a little experience with the state.  Would love to hear other investors state and city success stories nationally or specifically in DE.
