Hey All,

I’m Omar. I’m new to real estate investing, but I was a licensed real estate agent about 20 years ago. For me, the biggest challenge is feeling confident in my knowledge and not wanting to “blow a bag” on the wrong deal. My main goal is to build a solid portfolio for my children, 20 and 8 months, to inherit. I’m here to help and be helped. I’m not an expert in anything, but if anyone needs eyes on the ground in my area, let me know and I will help if I can.
