My name is Devin along with my future bride Luisa. I am retire from the military after 23 years , currently work as a program manager, and Luisa has 16 years in service and will retire in a few years. 
We joined this community to learn more about investment properties. We already have 5 total between the two of us, and we manage a few on our own. However, we want to grow in the short term rental space and 4 plex. we signed up for the pro account so that we can learn as much as possible and execute in order to achieve financial independence. We are open to mentorship opportunities to help guide us to success.
