Hello! I want to start investing in real estate doing rental properties in the south of the U.S. I want to start with a duplex or triplex. I am a real estate salesperson in the state of NY.

Hey Agustin, former New Yorker here! Besides the South, have you ever considered the Midwest? I moved to Ohio (Columbus specifically), and I think New Yorkers could do really well in this market compared to what we are used too.

If you look at this link, Zillow predicts 3 cities of Ohio as their top 10 hottest housing market in 2024 - https://www.axios.com/2024/01/10/zillow-ranking-hottest-real...

Hi Agustin, we work with a lot of agents and investors from NY who are looking to buy in FL. Would you be open to it as well?
