New but not new.

Posted

Hello all,

I am very excited that I am making the necessary steps to start investing in real estate. As stated in the title I am new but not new. What am I saying exactly, well; growing up I worked with my father landscaping through out the east bay (Northern California), during that time we worked closely with a lot of investors. So i had the opportunity of seeing the process of start to  finish. My dad being a hustler that he was did more than landscaping, he started to do demo and hauling. Which opened up my eyes to even more about housing. Which is why I am now making the effort to educate myself. I  took over the business over 2 years ago, so now I feel more  comfortable to venture out and seek more. I am excited to  learn and grow.  Any advice for a first timer please guide me to what kind of books to read as a newbie, which online resources to access, and more. Thank you so much for reading this.
