New Member , Excited to Learn!

Hi everyone!

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Andrew & I am in college studying engineering. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets as I was reading finance books (something I like to do in my free time). I am a complete newbie when it comes to real estate, but I am super motivated to take on any learning opportunity or advice that you all have for me!

My current goal is to educate myself on the basics & foundation through reading books, tuning into YouTube/podcasts, and doing property analysis to practice. Then, I would love to attend local meetups and learn from experienced investors along the way. I intend to focus on long-term rental property in all of California (LA & Bay Area) & possibly other states.

If anyone has ANY advice for me, I would gladly take it. :)

Good luck!
