    Hey Paul, welcome. Lots of info on here and most of it is good. Everyone can pick their adventure in real estate which is what makes it so interesting. Long term rental can be good if you can wait and enter at the right point. I'm in your neighborhood and have rentals in Allen. Send me a PM if you want to chat.
