My name is Steph Kemp and I am based out of Northeast Wisconsin, located near Green Bay.

I've worked in Manufacturing Operations Management roles my entire career  and am now slowly transitioning out of this to allow more time with my young children.  Time passes too quickly! 

I'm still sorting through my strategy but find I'm particularly interested in the market of multifamily properties, primarily that of 16 (+) units. 

I've stumbled across BiggerPockets many times in my research and realize now what a resourceful and comprehensive platform this truly is! I'm so very excited to continue learning through the various resources provided and communicating with others, such as yourself, through the open forums.

I’ve been investing in other areas, but became ever so passionate about real estate just near the last quarter of 2023.  This was triggered by several books I had read on tax strategies combined with a small success a couple years prior when purchasing land on a hunch.  This has really fired the desire,..now, want to invest the intestinal fortitude to get this adventure going! In my efforts, I truly believe and see how powerful an asset real estate is in comparison to other, more traditional offerings.  I strive for my time with my family and a legacy that can be built upon.
